These terms apply when you visit tradieflow.dev, use the interactive product demonstration or submit an enquiry. A customer pilot or paid TradieFlow subscription will be governed by a separate service agreement shown before you sign up.
1. About this website
TradieFlow provides information about a developing software and managed-service product for Australian trade businesses. Website content is general information, not professional, legal, financial or telecommunications advice.
2. Demonstrations and estimates
Product screens, call scenarios, potential job values, campaign results and calculator outputs are illustrative. The revenue calculator uses the inputs you choose and an expressly stated conversion assumption. It is not a forecast, guarantee or representation of the results your business will achieve.
3. Founding customer offer
Any founding-customer price, trial, inclusion or availability shown on the site is subject to eligibility, service coverage, reasonable usage limits and the service agreement provided before activation. Phone, SMS, AI, payment and other third-party usage charges may apply as disclosed before purchase. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or demo to:
- break the law, mislead another person or infringe their rights;
- probe, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or related systems;
- introduce malicious code or automate excessive requests; or
- copy or commercially exploit the site, product design or content except as allowed by law.
5. Intellectual property
The TradieFlow name, product design, website content and underlying materials are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and share links to the site for legitimate business purposes. No other licence is granted.
6. Third-party services
The website may link to or rely on third-party services. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, change or withdraw parts of the website and demonstration. We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this informational website or demo. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Victoria may hear disputes relating to them.
