What we collect
TradieFlow stores the account, business, customer, job, quote, invoice and conversation details you choose to add. Payment card details are collected by Stripe and are not stored by TradieFlow.
How the service works
Clerk provides sign-in, Convex stores workspace records, Durango routes business AI requests, OpenAI Realtime provides live speech-to-speech conversations, and Stripe provides test subscription checkout. Voice audio is streamed for the live session and is not written into your TradieFlow workspace.
How data is used
Data is used to provide the workspace, answer questions from your records, prepare actions for your approval, maintain activity history and support billing. TradieFlow does not sell customer data.
Your choices
You can decline microphone access and use text instead. Important workspace changes wait for your approval. You can stop using the development demo at any time.
Development status
This is a development demonstration using test billing. Do not enter real sensitive customer, health, financial or emergency information.
Questions about this notice can be raised with the TradieFlow owner before using the demo with real data.
